First some theory, a video, a short test - then you will
be taught how to use the diving equipment and you are
ready for your first dive! The Discover Scuba Experience
lasts about 5 hours.

SCUBA
DIVER |
Level: Beginner
Price: €270,00 euros
This
course is the fastest way to gain a certification. It is a
sub-course of OPEN WATER DIVER, and at a later date you
can complete the whole course and gain the full
qualification. Minimum age for the course is 12 years and
no previous experience is required. The course has two
parts, some simple theory and then practical.
THEORY
You will be taught by a professional Instructor who will
be there at all times to ensure the knowledge you gain is
understood and applied.
The theory consists of three video sessions plus lectures,
and then some simple quizzes just to ensure you have
absorbed the information.
PRACTICAL
This consists of three sessions in confined water i.e.
shallow water to practice your skills, and then two open
water dives.
CERTIFICATION
On successful completion of the course you will be
certified to dive anywhere in the world under the direct
supervision of a certified Divemaster, Assistant
Instructor or Instructor. It is in your interests to
complete the Open Water Diver Course in full as you can
then dive with your own buddy. Duration of the course is 3
days

ADVENTURE DIVER |
Level: Intermediate
Price: €230,00 euros
A
new course designed to safely introduce the Open Water
Diver to more interesting and adventurous diving .It is
designed as a stepping stone to the Advanced Open Water
qualification and is diving, not theory, orientated. Your
Instructor will of course give you all the necessary
theory lessons, but the emphasis is on the diving.
There is a large choice of types of dive you can make, all
of which will credit towards your advanced qualification
at a later date. The real beauty of this course is that it
can be completed in ONE DAY.

ADVANCED OPEN WATER |
Level: Intermediate
Price: €330,00 euros
Out of
all courses the Advanced Open Water Diver course is one of
the most enjoyable and beneficial, in the PADI system of
continuing education. On this course you will improve and
extend both your knowledge of the underwater environment
and your own ability as a Diver. It is a programme that
introduces and demonstrates the various specialized areas
of diving. Also there is hardly any theory.
There are three required dives, and two elective dives,
which you can choose under guidance from your instructor,
depending on your preferences and experience. For the
obligatory dives, you undertake an underwater navigation
exercise, using both your awareness of your surroundings,
and your compass. The rest of the dive proceeds as normal.
Next you do your deep dive, to around 30 metres, the
maximum permitted for recreational diving, in which you
experience the effect on your body of diving at such
depths. The third dive is a night dive. This is an
incredible experience in which you learn the use of new
equipment and shows you an environment very different to
that during the day. The elective dives are; drift dive,
multi-level dive, underwater photography, underwater
naturalist, search and recovery, and wreck dive,
The course takes 3 days. Minimum requirements for the
course are:
- Certification as a PADI Open Water Diver or equivalent
- 15 years of age. Students between the ages of 12 and 15
years may take the Advanced Open Water Junior course,
diving with an adult and undertaking a deep dive to no
more than 21 metres. |

RESCUE
DIVER |
Level: Intermediate
Price: €390,00 euros
Open
Water Training - In a series of dives you will carry out
exercises in which you will learn and practice the skills
to enable you to manage the following situations; missing
diver, panicked diver, assistance and exit of an
unconscious diver and a non breathing diver, search and
recovery of a missing diver, and first aid for
decompression injuries.
Minimum requirements for the course are:
- A FIRST AID qualification. The PADI EMERGENCY FIRST
RESPONSE
course is sufficient. In this course you learn the
techniques used by medics and paramedics, combining first
aid with Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
- Certification as a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver, or
equivalent
- Minimum of 20 logged dives, in conditions requiring
navigation, at night and at depth - The course lasts 3
days |

EMERGENCY FIRST RESPONSE |
Level: Intermediate
Price: €230,00 euros
Many divers take the Emergency First
Response courses to meet program prerequisites, such as
PADI Rescue Diver, or as preparation for becoming a PADI
Divemaster. However, most have also found the EFR program
to be important in every day life. They have taken a
significant step in emergency preparedness, and feel
confident that they can provide care should an emergency
situation arise.
The
course incorporates independent study to prepare you for a
classroom and hands-on skill development session with your
instructor. You will learn the same patient care
techniques used by medical professionals, but at a lay
person level.

DIVE MASTER
|
Level: Professional

Take
the first step in your dive career and become a PADI
Divemaster. Working closely with your PADI Instructor,
you'll expand your dive knowledge and hone your skills as
you become a dive professional. PADI Divemaster training
develops your leadership abilities by training you to
supervise dive activities and assist instructors with
student divers. This course will take a minimum of
10 days. In this course you will :
- Learn dive leadership
through classroom and independent study sessions
- Complete water skills and
stamina exercises in confined and open water
- Training exercises to test
organizational and problem solving abilities
- An internship or series of
practical training exercises
